3rd Gen Beta Team Aqua Sprite

I was having a look at the trainer sprites in the coding of Sapphire, and I discovered a trainer sprite that didn't appear when I played through.

It appears to be an unused sprite for a Team Aqua Grunt.

What do you make of it?

Is that a mustache?

It could probably just be some junk data left over. They might also have taken it out because the red bandana could be interpreted as a gang perophanalia, but W/E:roll:

I like it anyways. :D

Nazi's had red armbands so that might be part of the reason. It's also a lot more rubbish than the final sprite, so that's probably the reason.
