[ASM & Hex] Better Vitamins

    Hey guys, I am planning to create a romhack (Fire Red version), but I will need to do some things I don't know how to do, most of them I believe will be with ASM, but I don't know how to use it.
    The first thing I want to know is if it's possible to change vitamins (like Iron) so that they give 40 EVs and maximum up to 240 EVs.
