    So yeah, theres an area thats blocked, and I need the bike to pass it.
    Rival said to head back to one of the towns and get a bike from there...
    I've gone back through all the places and I haven't found it.

    Is it in a shop, or do I find a person randomly who gives it to me?

    Chances are I just forgot something I was told, so I'm confused... ><;
     
    The impression I get is that you need to find the bike shop owner in the Galactic building in Eterna. You need to beat the Eterna gym first. (I'm not 100% because I'm still training a Ponyta for the gym.)
     
    After beating the Gym leader in eterna, you can use cut outside of battle, so you go up to the top where the building that is blocked by three bushes are, cut, and go it. Go to the last floor and beat the commander, and you will have free'd the bike shop owner. Head to his shop and he'll give you a bike. TADA!
