if you use action replay to get the pokemon does it count as it being legit also does cloneing considered cheating?

There are a few things wrong with your post.
1. It's not legit to use action replay because you changed data in the game to get Pokemon by using an external device.
2. This is the wrong sub-forum to post this
3. Cloning is not because you exploited a loop in the game without using an external device
4. Please stop acting like nOObs and read the rules.
