    ^ I can explain why I chose such a title.

    I was having a chat in school with some buds about 'who's the biggest anime pervert in history?'. Here's what we came up with:

    Master Roshi from Dragonball/Z/GT

    An old geezer that loves the ladies and reads girl workout magazines 24/7

    Jiraiya from Naruto
    [PokeCommunity.com] Biggest Anime Pervert?

    Ero-Senin who's also known as a pervy sage that likes to see beautiful girls with big you know whats.

    Or

    Kintaro from Goldenboy
    [PokeCommunity.com] Biggest Anime Pervert?

    This teenager is a fusion of both Jiraiya and Roshi, to me he's like the biggest pervert because he always gets a nosebleed everytime a pretty girl appears.

    I choose Kintaro for this one but who do you guys think is the biggest pervy in anime history: Roshi, Jiraiya, Kintaro, or someone else that you know.

    Hmm, that's definately a tough choice. I have only seen Dragonball Z and Naruto, and don't know who the last guy is, though, so my choice is limited to two.

    And I choose...

    Jiraya!

    For one reason.
    Master Roshi lives on an island isolated from anyone else and has those magazines. Eww.
    Jiraya actually checks out real girls all the time, and he asks Naruto to use his Sexy Justu just for his enjoyment.

    But if it was a battle, Master Roshi would have Jiraya down in about 2 seconds.

    Plus Jiraya WROTE his own pervy book, Make Out Paradise. Beat that, Roshi.

    Agreed.

    Jiraiya is and has been around girls, peeping on girls and making perverted comments about girls (Tsunade) and has Naruto turn into a girl for fun and he has his own... porn manga. o___O

    That's because the Japanese think the idea of pervy old people is funny, and rightly so. It's insanely funny! My vote rests with Jiraiya... thanks to him, anyone acting pervy in my presence risks being given the title "Ero-Senin", whether they want it or not. I had a kid in my school last year who I started calling Ero-Senin, and the name kind of stuck... it was funny. We used the name Ero-Senin so often for him that I've almost forgotten his real name. 0_o
     
    I don't know if you guys have seen Girls Bravo, but the character Kazuharu Fukuyama is the definition of a perv xp He'll pop out of nowhere and start lifting skirts, making harrassing comments, or groping some random character. Fukuyama = teh pervs. And anyways Jiraiya isn't much of a perv to me, he doesn't actually grope anyone 0.0
     
    Opinion

    Personally, I think it's that Roshi guy, but I haven't seen any of those other shows. I don't care for DBZ myself and the first thing I saw of that show was that creepy old man. *shudders* I flipped the channel really fast. That show just bothers me all the way around...

    Anyway, I know of some other choices that are pretty good, not that I can remember their names of course. *laugh*
     
    i think its a tie between Jiraiya and Roshi, Roshi doesn't see girls as much, but he's much more annoying acting when the topic of women is brought up, Jiraiya on the other hand, well he wrote a book called "make-out paradise" i think that explains enough XD
     
    Jeeze, are they the only anime perverts you came up with?

    Anywho, the number one pervert by far in opinion is Hiroshi Sotomura of Ichigo 100% (and the Staff Administrator of PC I may add XD).

    Evidence I only have manga panels, but this barely even covers half of the series!

    He's the guy with the long black hair and is usually holding a camera and/or has his tongue hanging out.

    Anywho, this guy also has his own website set up, which basically sums up his whole life as he takes pictures of pretty girls to display on the website, Melon 100%.
     
    That's not right. Mutenroshi has stalked Bulma, Lunch, C18, etc. So saying that "He is alone in an island" is false. He lives with his friends.

    So I voted for Mutenroshi.

    There are PLENTY of perverts in the anime world, but I'd have to go with.....Roshi. The first time I saw any of the Dragonball series was an episode with a turtle....I was getting into it, and then Roshi appears and starts making all these comments to...Bulma, I think her name is? Eww.
     
    I'd have to say that Jiraya is the biggest pervo. The only thing he really wants to do is check out chicks, and that is his only focus at times. Hey, we all get that way sometimes, but being that way constantly is what makes me think he's the biggest one, so yeah.

    What about Mr.Kumura? (I think that's his name.) The teacher from Azumanga Diaoh? He seems like a real perv to me*shrug*
