    I was wondering if any-one knows how long it will take for the tiers to be finalized off smogon?
    I don't necessarily understand the uncharted territory section well enough to gather what is happening..
     
    This doesn't really have anything to do with the gameplay, and instead competitive battling. :(

    Try sending a message to either Dark Azelf, Aurafire or Anti, who mod the movesets forum and they should be able to help you.
