Blackbelt or no?

    I'm trying to raise a treecko and eventually evolve it to a sceptile and I'm in the process of EV training it for Attack and Speed. I taught it Drain Punch and am planning to teach it Leafblade and Nightslash. I want to know, Should I use a blackbelt for the 20% increase on drainpunch, Muscle Band for the 10% increase of all physical attacks, or Miracle seed for the 20% increase for the grass type move leafblade. I'm Ev training it in heartgold for attack and speed using the power bracer and it does have the pokrs.
     
    For competitive battling, Life Orb is usually the best item for attackers giving a 30% boost for any offensive move. Especially for a Pokémon with a mediocre Attack stat, such as Sceptile. Choice Band is good as well if you don't mind being locked into one move until Sceptile switches out.

    If this is in-game, I prefer Muscle Band, but it really doesn't matter too much.
     
    Oh thanks lol i forgot to check sceptiles stats and its base stats. Thanks for the info
