3rd Gen Blast Burn and breeding

    OK I have a Charizard. I take iit to the wiman, and she teaches it Blast Burn. Then, I breed that same Charizard. I have got 3 babies. I evolve one. If i take the new Charizard to the woman will she teach Blast Burn again?
     
    i dont thinks so because they are just like tms one time only but the baby should learn blast burn
     
    Only fully evolved versions of the starters can learn their specific moves, such as Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, etc. In future, this would best be suited in Breeders Corner, since this doesn't actually have anything to do with FRLG, but since the question's been answered:
