3rd Gen blastoise move hydrocannon

    does anyone know how to get blastoise to have the move Hydrocannon
     
    can it be learned in ruby because my Mew used it with metrenome today
     
    If it exists, the probably. How I don't know. Try using codes or something.
     
    i cant my GSSP only work like twice i had to find the master codes for ruby and sapp to make a new in order for it to work

    it was weird

    are u a mod demonchaos916???

    That made no sense to me whatsoever...

    And no, I'm not a mod. And don't double post. Use the EDIT button next time.
     
    Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon and Frenzy Plant are all obtainable within FRLG, taught to your starter with the respective element. However, Volt Tackle is still missing from action completely. The only hope is that it is in Emerald.These moves do exist in RS, but no Pokemon learn it until FRLG comes out.

    Not like any of them is even worth using after checking out their animation...
