7/10 because...

a) in 2vs2 (since you said works with Groudon) there's plenty of ways to knock out a 1 hp Pokemon, faster than you can pull off reversal the next turn, reasons including there's 2 Pokemon and one of them can knock you out.

b) why not sunny day abuse if you got the sunny day for free >_>; or at least get just one overheat or something. With sunny day it's pretty much OHKO on anything.

c) Groudon's Earthquake cannot be used every turn, and at most on a skip turn base because it'll knock out Blaziken. This is a waste of Groudon's strongest move.

d) But the idea of earthquake forcing endure is quite nice, along with salac berry working with rock slide for the flinch effects.
