EVs: 252HP 252Spatk 6spdef

Thunder Wave
Ice Beam
Toxic
???

Suggestions would be nice cuz I need all the help I can get

Seismic Toss. If you don't have access to Seismic Toss, which alot of people don't, then Ice Beam is perfectly usable. Just shift the ev's from Sp.def, to Sp.atk.

I recommend standard bliss, unless you're playing in ubers...and toxic fails on blissey.

Seismic Toss is only avalible in Fr/Lg as a Move Tutor move.

Ice Beam with 6 Sp.atk Ev's, makes a perfectly good Substitute for Seismic Toss.

Standard Blissey's run Seismic Toss/Thunder Wave/Ice Beam/Softboiled.

Aromatherapy isn't necessary.
