I'm only able to play on PTCGO and I've made this deck through various free boosters and the fire and water starter decks since I can't afford to spend money on cards irl.

    Pokemon
    Pansear x2
    Simisear
    Torchic x3
    Combusken x3
    Blaziken x1
    Ducklett x2
    Swanna x1
    Eevee x1
    Vaporeon x1
    Glaceon x1
    Oshawott x2
    Dewott x2
    Samurott x2
    Druddigon

    Trainers
    Great Ball x2
    Pokemon Catcher x4
    Energy Retrieval x2
    N x2
    Cheren x3
    Switch x2
    Rocky Helmet
    Bianca x2
    Level Ball x2

    Energy
    Fire energy x7
    Water energy x8
    Double Colorless Energy x1
    Prism Energy x1
    Blend Energy x1

I got the idea to make this deck when I got the Druddigon from a booster and saw it needed a single fire energy for it's first attack and a water energy and two colorless for it's second. Ironically, I hardly ever use the Druddigon itself.

Blaziken and Samurott power through stuff on their own while Swanna uses more gimmicks as Aqua Ring deals 40 damage and switches her out with something on my bench. Simisear is also very gimmicky seeing as for a single fire energy he can deal 20 damage to three Pokemon. It's really helpful for picking off weaker stuff that are hiding away on the bench.

The deck has a 1:3 win:loss ratio so any cards I can look into getting to improve would be appreciated.

first off you have way too many pokemon lines in this deck. Ideally you will want at most 2 different pokemon lines. Meaning.

Blaziken is one of them and possibly Simisear the other.

If you have too many pokemon that evolve, it will be tough for you to get the ones you need. An example that im sure you have had in battle. You have a bunch of your torchic on the bench, but keep drawing into stuff like dewott, vaporeon, glaceon, ect. If you have just 2 of those lines you will have a better chance of pulling the ones you need.

Ideally you want like 10-14 pokemonish. Give or take a few. So if you were going the fire deck route. you could have it like
3-3-3 Blaziken 2-2 Simisear maybe a couple of strong basics to add in as well. Also if you get rare candy you can have something like 3-1-3 Blaziken. To allow you space for more pokemon.

You also need more supporters. Best option would be Professor Juniper. She has the best drawing capabilities in this format. You also have a little too much energy. For this you probably also want to hit around 10-14 energy depending on energy costs. The less energy you have and need the more other cards you can have in this deck.

Trainer cards are usually the most important cards you have in a deck. It allows you to do many things and make use of your hand much better. Examples of stuff that could help you.
Rare Candy allows you to evolve a basic into a second step, skipping the middle form.
Float Stones give the pokemon you attach it to free retreat cost.

You also could try using in game coins to buy in game packs. I would suggest you look at the card lists per set to see what would benefit you the most. The plasma ones have some good trainer cards and supporters. Boundaries Crossed has good pokemon. it really depends on what you want to do with your deck.

Anyway good luck with building a deck.
