I want it UT The IVs dont have to be that good but I would like good IVs in HP and Defense and Speed.

If you make Hidden Power optional, then you might get more responses. You cannot breed for the Hidden Power here, so it is really rare to get a Zapdos with HP ICE. You may wanna say 'Can be without' and just run roost. Also, you won't get all that great IV's, anything above...27 in
