I think it's a very nice, simple idea. The outlines are okay but I bet they can be a bit smoother. The outlines in some parts get a little sloopy. If you added some colors or shades to your drawing, it make it look more interesting, and less flat. Shades make it look less flat, and colors make it look more interesting to look at ^..^

I think it looks pretty cute.
It's very simple, which I like a lot.
Is it grass type? Does it have any evolutions or is it an evolution to a different pokemon?

Srry I forgot to add that stuff I posted this right before I went on a plane bonapy is my grass starter for my fake riegon I'm going to post the water starter in a bit and as for coloring I don't have photoshop where I am right now so I'll work on it when I get back
