What happens if you fill all boxes and you tried to catch another pokemon? I just need to know.

Pyrax's theory sounds like the most logical, I guess you just wouldn't be able to catch the Pokémon.
Not something that's ever crossed my mind but would be interesting to find out, wonder if anyone's ever tried it.

A dialogue box appears when the player tries to throw a ball, with Bill or whoever saying something about the boxes being full so you can't catch any more Pokemon.
You know, like when he'd tell you when the selected box was full in R/B/G/Y (before they made them automatically switching).

Im pretty sure it just has a dialogue pop-up with text saying something along the lines of:
'You have too many Pokemon already. You have no room in your Party or PC to fit anymore. You cannot capture this pokemon.'
That would really suck if you were up against a rare pokemon. Another reason to not catch everything you see I guess.

probably they will allow you to get rid of one of your POkemon in your PC to make room for the new one
