Breeding games and mini-challenges

    Hi there,

Let me first explain my situation. I have only played pokemon for the last 4 month so I'm freshly new to it. But I'm hooked. I have first cleared X, the AS, then OR which I cleared on a mono-bug run challenges. I really enjoyed the mono bug challenge and I am now at the battle resort and doing my first breeding experiments. I really like the idea of taking pokemons and trying to make the best out of them by breeding them into something really good. For example, I am currently trying to make an adamant uber-great beedrill that can mega evolve with at least 3 perfect IV and the Sniper ability. Hard, but I got my adamant synchronized Kakuna with sniper from X's friend safari. I'm working on the IVs now! When I done, I'm probably going to take another weak bug like Scatterbug and see what to do with it. And so on with other pokemons. I am really thinking about the idea of a pokemon workshop. But what to do with them when I have got these fine pokemon builts? No point in building them if you're not going to have fun with them. I need a fun testing ground.

So I'm looking to enjoy this part of the post-game with mini-games and mini-challenges. Some ideas:
    - I can only use pokemons of minimum 3-4 perfect IVs, a good EV workout and a nature and moveset I have selected before breeding them.
    - Start with weak ones and you can only compare them with each other in terms of stats and abilities, no start with mega-Kangaskhan. (don't forget, I'm new), I took Beedrill as my starter and go through the bug type first since it's weak.

These are just some ideas. But I need ideas of mini-games to test them out that I can do in the post-game to test them out. Any ideas?

    Look up Nuzlockes.

Apply any variant of them to your playthrough and you'll get a different experience.

Generally if you're running strictly single-player, as long as you understand your type advantages and build a team around proper offensive coverage, put in your share of grinding, you'll stomp the content flat without the need to blink.
