2nd Gen Breeding gamesharked moves

If I had a pokemon in Red version transferred to Crystal with a move I put on him that he couldn't learn except by a cheating device, would it be possible that it's offspring could learn that move? What if I breed a Charizard with a Ditto that only knew 4 Thunders?

No it will not work.

Refer to bulbapedia's charmander page it will tell you what moves it can learn through breeding. Thunder is not on of them
