4th Gen Breeding Growlithe [ Question Inside ]

Hello, im trying to breed a growlithe with either fire spin, heat wave, or flare blitz (fire type egg moves) i tried today and all i got was bite and roar.

What is there a particular couple of arcanine or any other pokemon i need to breed to get any of those moves?

Egg moves only come from the Father,
so the Arcanine with the special moves has to be a male.
