    How to make, in breeding, if both the father and the mother have an IV worth 31, both. Is it passed on to the child without an item presence?

    For example
    Charizard IV SPATK 31
    Charizard IV SPATK 31

    a charmander is born
    iv spatk 31 without the presence of an item that guarantees the IV

    What script change should be made so that when using two parents with an equal IV it is passed on to the child with a 100% chance?

    For example
    Charizard Male IV 31 in SPATK
    Charizard Female IV 31 in SPATK
    A charmander iv 31 is born in SPATK...
