breeding move tutor moves in 5th gen?

[SIZE="a"]Can you breed move tutor moves from fourth gen onto the baby in 5th gen? Say a ralts has ice punch(only learned in HG/SS/Plt). Can it pass that move onto its baby when you transfer it over to 5th gen? Or are move tutor moves not able to be transferred through breeding?[/SIZE]

If it isn't an Egg Move on Ralts then no. Only TMs will pass from Either Parent, Egg Moves from the Father, or a Level Up Move if Both Parents know it. Only way to learn a Move Tutor move is to Move Tutor from a previous Generation.
