3rd Gen Breeding Problem (egg move issue)

    So I've been doing my fair share of research on engineering pokemon, and in my emerald version, I wanted to breed an absol with a rhydon so that baby Absol would have Megahorn. The baby hatched and no Megahorn. Is this an issue with Emerald? Was megahorn an egg move for Absol in the other 3rd Gen games but not Emerald? Does this have to do with the fact that my file is on an emulator? Or is there something else I'm missing here?

    Hm. Bulbapedia says that Megahorn is not an egg move for Absol in the third generation. In HG/SS, yes, but not RSE.
     
    Oh man. I went so far out of my way to raise rhyhorn to lvl 57 to learn the move, and then make a baby. ugh. I had checked bulbapedia, but the megahorn page wasn't coming out too clearly for me. Thanks
