Alright I know poke'mon breeding can allow the born poke'mon to learn moves it would level up with, egg moves and Technical Machine moves.

but what I would like to know is can breeding allow the new born poke'mon to learn Tutor moves from it's parents?

    I don't think so...
But you can teach the DAD the move, and then breed, if the mother is compatible with that move it will learn it when it hatches.

An egg takes the shape of its mother and MAY learn moves from the father.

NO, that is incorrect. Tutor Moves cannot be bred, under ANY circumstance. That is why you NEVER use them during the in-game. You save them until you are ready to do competitive battling with serious movesets.

You can breed Egg Moves and TMs that the father knows and you can breed high level moves if both the mother and father know it (i.e. Larvitar born with Crunch).

Alright thank you very much for telling me this
It was something I really needed to be cleared
