5th Gen Breeding Whirlipede

I'm trying to breed to get a Whirlipede, because I need one that's levvel 9 and under to complete a trade.

The problem I have is, I keep getting Venipede out of all of the combinations I've used at the breeder Now the Scolipede-Whirlipede combo I'm using at the Daycare is resulting in nothing.

How can I breed to get a Whirlipede egg? Should I use two Scolipedes?

Venipede is the base form, and thus always hatches out of the egg. If you want a Whirlipede with a specific nature, IVs, etc, then you need to hatch a Venipede with the characteristics that you want, then evolve it.
