I'm strongly considering using Breloom on the team that I'm making, but was wanting to know a couple things. My problem is I need Breloom to either be quick enough to use spore or gain the first hit, or have enough defense to stick around. My current thinking has a Breloom maxed on attack and hp with scope lens as the held item with either agility or iron defense baton passed. Has anyone had success with baton passing things to Breloom or should I go a different route here? I know there's salac berry to help speed and quick claw, but I really like the idea of scope lens for the critical hit chance. Breloom's attack is kinda impressive. Any suggestions appreciated.

    Breloom@Leftovers/Salac Berry
    Spore
    Focus Punch
    HP Ghost
    Leech Seed

Works fine for me. Maybe Pass some Speed

Breloom- [speed + / sp.atk -] @ lum berry (protect the precious speed)
    EV: Atk and speed max
    -spore
    -focus punch
    -mach punch
    -HP Ghost/Sludgebomb

It's quite crucial to have mach punch as a finishing move for the opponent. It's quite a handy move to finish off Aerodactyls that are almost dead. Plus all team need a QAer anyway.
