I'm sorry, I had to quote that title right from the Press Release, it was just far too amusing.

Family Party: Outdoor Fun is the sequel to last year's Family Party: 30 Great Games. Remember Family Party: 30 Great Games? Sure you do! It was that party title, for the whole family. It had 30 great games. While it didn't quite live up to that promise, the game did have a fair bit of effort put into it and most of the games were actually pretty fun.

Developed by Tamsoft (Onechanbara, fifty thousand Simple 2000 games) and published by D3, Family Party: Outdoor Fun will feature over 30 mini-games (although there's no longer that whole 'great' thing), ranging from martial arts and team sports to brain games. There'll be 12 playable characters, including brothers, sisters, mums, daddies... they'll all be going to Paddy's Market. It's due for a worldwide release later this year.

It just looks like they are trying to turn it into Mario Party.

I think I will pass on this.
Though, I wouldn't mind give it a go, see what it is actually like.

Oh, nice graphics for the Wii, i just saw the first one for £15 but is it worth getting?

I read a review for the first one, and while it's nothing groundbreaking(like, at all), I'm glad they put some effort into it. It has a pretty good art style; the glow around the characters and objects reminds me of Super Mario Galaxy. It's definitely better than some other third party Wii games. I hear the minigames aren't half bad as well. Hopefully they can improve in this sequel.

Why do we get bombarded with these horrid party games?

    It's disgraceful.
