Building a New Team (w/ Mega-Sableye + Skarmory)

Hey guys, I'm trying to build a new team around Sableye (one of my favourite pokemon, but Greninja will always be my #1), but I'm terrible at team-building :(

Here's his moveset:
Sableye @ Sablenite
Careful Nature
EVs: 252 HP/ 112 Def/ 144 SpDef
- Foul Play
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
- Fake Out
Ability: Prankster

I might add Skarmory to the team to remove field effects, but what other pokemon should I add to the team? And also, should I make any changes to Sableye's moveset?

Heatran is the safest switch in for a fairy attack on sableye, most likely from a Mega Gardevoir or Clefable. Heatran also lets you switch in on fire attacks on Skarmory. Essentially, Heatran is great at annoying your opponent and Skarmory can cover its 4x ground weakness
