Hi, I'm new to the Pokemon ORAS scene and I just got Kyogre. Me and my gf are starting to try battling each other. I want to know what pokemon do complement with Kyogre? Here are the pokemons I have been using so far.

    Sceptile
    Gyarados
    Gardevoir
    Gloom
    Hariyama
    Latias
    Feraligatr
    Charizard

I can't remember their natures but most of them doesn't have the right natures and movesets. Can you suggest me a team around Kyogre. My Kyogre has a Quiet nature.

2 things to note. Please give a list of Pokemon that are easy to get in either in-game or trade. Please suggest also another team with Kyogre as the only "Uber".

    Thanks!

A Swift Swim Pokemon like Ludicolo or Mega Swampert would benefit hugely from Kyogre's Drizzle ability. A Grass-type such as Sceptile or Venusaur (although Venusaur is usually better-suited for sun teams) could help to take out other Water-type opponents like, for example, Milotic or other Kyogre. If you were wanting a bulky Grass-type, I'd at least go with Vileplume over Gloom; Eviolite Gloom just really isn't viable, in my opinion (assuming that's what you're running).

You'd also have to watch out for Pokemon with powerful Electric-type attacks, mainly Kyurem-Black.

Also be aware of other weather-setters that could mess up Drizzle, as without it, Kyogre is much less useful, so you might want a backup option like Politoed or a bulky Grass/Water type that you can switch Kyogre out and in for.

Kyogre is built for a doubles rain dance team. Ludicolo is a classic choice and having a Pokemon with the ability Water Absorb means that you can run Surf without to much to worry about. I'd also suggest Beartic as a Swift Swim Pokemon. It is insanely powerful in the rain. Parasect can also troll like nobody's business in the rain. Heliolisk is another great choice. So there's my team suggestion.
