Burning Questions re the most recent season

    I... er... admit to getting a little tired of the TV series. But I neeeeeeed closure. So:

    1. Did Ash every pay Misty back for the bike? Or did they just forget about that?

    2. What are "Team Aqua" and "Team Magma"? I think they're in the new games, but I don't have the money to buy new gaming platforms and video games because I am planning to squander all my money on other things. I have not been able to find anyone to explain them to me.

    Thank you to anyone who is able to answer these questions. *looks sheepish*
     
    Okay, i'll try to anser these;

    1. Misty does get a new bike as compensation for her old one, just before Ash, Misty and Brock part ways at the end of Season SIx, when Ash travels to the Hoenn region

    2. Team Magma and Aqua are the Team Rocket of the new generation, each seeking to revive the ancient POkemon, Groudon and Kyogre, to try and control the world

    Mmm, just to be more accurate, Misty did not get a new bike. It was actually the one she had when Pikachu burned it with electricity at the Viridian City Pokemon Center as Ash was beginning his journey in Indigo/Kanto. Nurse Joy had just fixed it like brand new; and, when Misty came back to that Pokemon Center at the end of season five (Master Quest), Nurse Joy recognized her and returned the bike she restored over time. I only wanted to clarify that so nobody thought Ash kept his promise to buy her a new bike. ^_^
     
    but i was right about Team Aqua/Magma, right? i only saw the end of that episode where Misty gets ehr bike
