Adamant If he's supposed to be a wallish type of pokemon, then you'd want to help his bad Sp. Def, but if he's supposed to be a sweeper, then go for something that helps his speed.
Ice Fang/AvalancheIce Fang if you boosted his speed a bunch, and Avalanche if you didn't

Substitute Nice idea, but Substitute won't work so well if you die before you can make a sub.

Focus Punch Focus Punch is a pretty bad idea. It's Physical and it's likely to fail. Switch it with something like Sunny Day, or perhaps Focus Blast.

These seem pretty decent. If you haven't already trained them, you might want some better natures.
