Well first I have the japanese Vr. so it makes it that much harder xD. And I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I have to go to trade? Like the union room or what?

And to stay on topic I also have a level 40 Darkrai untrained
and 30 Shemini untrained up for trade once I learn how to trade x]

in a Pokemon Center go to the Basement Floor and the two people to the left can connect you to Wi-fi

It should be in the Pokemon Center. Top room, middle lady. Union Room is thar.
Wifi room is the left ladies on the bottom room.
