i am new to HTML and i want to know how to put links on the side of the page like serebii.net, pokemonpalace.net/.com, pokemoncrater.com, etc. etc.

And not only on one page, i want to know how to do it on all the pages of my site

Well a whole website is comprised of more than one html page. To know how to put in links you'll have to know the basics. First, what are you using to build your website? Is it notepad or an editing program like Dreamweaver or Microsoft Frontpage?
