Question: Can I host a Spritework Competition in the Art section or is that against the rules?

    I've recently opened up through my discord page submissions for sprite-work in the form of a competition for my ROM Hack, Kanto Explorers: Through Time. Am I allowed to make a separate thread for the competition in the Art section or is that not allowed? Can I only advertise it through my ROM hack's thread?
