    Would I be able to get through Pokemon Pearl only with Infernape? Excluding HM Slaves.
     
    Really WHAT does this have to do with Diamond/Pearl/Platinum...?It's it up to you to decide if you will get through the game or not.
     
    I did it with just a lv 60 something palkia and lv 72 infernape I only used 5 hyper potions and 2 revives
    A lv 80 Infernape with a few healh items should be fine and use the hm slaves as stalls for healing if neccesary
