Can I run hacks on my 3in1?

    Whenever I try to run Pokemon Quartz, the 3-in-1 shows the glitched screen that a GBA would show if you needed to blow in the cartridge.

    Is there something I can do to fix it?

    It's a flashcart. Basically I want to know if I can run Quartz on a flashcart.
     
    I've tried like, 10 ROMs. They all run in VBA. How would I fix the header?
