Can I transfer Pokémon from the modded Switch to the original Boot?

    So to describe my situation: I just modded my Switch with that crack that lets you boot the cracked version or the original boot. I intend to play Legends Arceus with some QOL mods on the modded Switch, but I'd like to transfer the Pokémon I get during that playthrough to my HOME and maybe to Violet on the original boot, so I can use them to breed, EV training etc... (I'm not into online PvP but I might want to try it out too with those mons). Is it possible or am I getting banned for that? If possible can anyone make a step by step comment, link a video or anything that could help me out with that?
