3rd Gen Can I use a DP IV Calculator to determine my Pokemon's IV's in FR/LG/R/S/E?

    I used my Ludicolo and saw it had a good Hidden Power, but I don't know if the DP IV Calc. is the same in Emerald.
     
    I think you probably can. The IVs in Generation 4 were based off the IVs in Generation 3. I'm not too sure, but you can check this in Bulbapedia.

    Yes, you can.
    You should also test Hidden Power by battling and checking what it is super effective against and not very effective against.
    Do this after any EV training though.
