    Title is the question. Yes, I could find out myself but I'm asking because I'm not sure where my games keep running to, and I'm sure someone knows already so it saves effort and time on my part...
    Applies to all games (in that if there are specific generations where they can or can't breed then say).

    No, the only legendary that can breed is Manaphy.
    That's what makes them so special. ;)

    (Well, that and their stats.)
     
    Manaphy is the only one who can breed with Ditto, but even Phione, her "pre-evolution" cannot evolve.
     
    most legendaries are genderless, so I think they are not compatible in breeding. And even they had a gender, most will not produce eggs.
