can someone clear up things

ive heard so many things bout how pkmn in pbr cant be shiny or have to be somewat legit. does someone know the truth

When they say legit, them mean nothing hacked.
If you hacked your pokemon's stats or hacked them so they know a move they normally can't learn through TM's or Breeding then that pokemon wont be allowed to be used.

If that pokemon is on any one of your battle passes it Wi-Fi wont let you battle using that pass.

As long as your Pokemon are raised normally and you haven't hacked anything about them using Action Replay then you're fine.

To my knowledge, "hacked" Pokémon will work, but only if their stats/moves/evs/etc are all able to be that high/low.
In other words, if your Pikachu (for example) has maxed out EVs in every category, and knows Fly, you can't use him.

no not necasry i have hacked pkmn i pbr so thats not completely true. evn though some hacked are bad eggs.

Exactly, I do not hack, however this is how it works:

If you have a pokemon that's hacked beyond rational limits, it will turn into a bad egg.

It's fine as long as:

1. Its IVs are within the normal 0-31 range.
2. Its total EVs do not rise above 510, 255 per stat max.
3. Its moves are normal.
4. Its nature is normal.
5. Its ability is normal.
6. Its stats are at or below the max for its species.

I think that's it.

The shinies appear so less vividly than they do in D/P but STILL such beautiful things!

Shinies are legit as well, though, just to corroborate this...
