    well i have an idea of a game.
    the only thing i've done so far is come up with character designs ( a few)

    can someone make like a list of what i need to be able to start making a "resume like list" of the game?

    does that even make since?
     
    Well...

    - Decide what you'll make it with
    - Decide what you'll need for that (resources, scripts etc.)
    - Decide how you're going to plan it out
    - Decide on the rest of your plans (besides character designs)
    - Decide to make it. ... or not!

    I have no idea how to help you since I don't know what you are thinking of creating.
