Can someone help me with my dex?

    I really want to get the shiny charm in Ultra Moon as I know it's the easiest generation to complete the dex in so far, howeaver i do need some help with those Pokemon that evolve through trade with an item (like slowpoke). If anyone out there can help me or wants to work with me to complete either of our pokedex's please respond.
