Deleting accounts are not possible sorry and you cant do name changes.

Accounts cannot be deleted, and name changes may be possible on other forums that have different hosts, but unless you just create a new account, changing your name is not possible. Accounts can be banned, but not deleted.

o_o Accounts can be deleted. There are a few that have been, but we just don't do that normally since there isn't really a point. =\
