I've been playing Pokemon since Red, however i have never played on wifi before and i needed some advice on whether this looked like a good team and if so could someone tell me what Nature EV's I should have for each? (the only reason I have Ev's for Gliscor is cuz I saw a similiar build for him on another site)

    Ludicolo
    Leftovers
    1. surf
    2. rain dance
    3. Leech seed
    4. protect

I was gonna use Ludicolo for rain dish, leech seed, and leftovers paired with the surf that's boosted from rain dance and STAB

    Charizard
    Focus Sash
    1.Flamethrower
    2. Aerial Ace
    3. Dragon Pulse
    4. Focus Blast

Charizard was gonna be just a pure fighter with balanced A and Sp.A (wasn't sure how to word this, as I said I'm new to this).

    Electivire
    Expert Belt
    1. Thunderpunch
    2. Ice Punch
    3. Earthquake
    4. Cross Chop

I put Electivire in to cover a range of things with his high attack and variety of moves

    Weavile
    Focus Sash
    1. Night Slash
    2. Swords Dance
    3. Ice punch
    4. Brick Break

I'm using Weavile for quick powerful attacks physical attacks. I'm was gonna pair him with Gliscor's BP.

    Kingdra
    Leftovers
    1. Rain Dance
    2. Hydro Pump
    3. Ice Beam
    4. Dragon Pulse

Kingdra is for an extra Rain Dancer and powerful water/antidragon.

    Gliscor
    Lum Berry
252 HP / 196 SpD / 60 Spe (do these EV's look good? I don't have these EV's I was questioning if they would be good)
    1. Stealth Rock
    2. Swords dance
    3. Baton Pass
    4. Earthquake

I planned to send Gliscor out first and have him drop some stealth rock and swords dance then BP out.

Smogon is good for EVs and natures. Check some some of those movesets and add in the appropriate info, it's required for all rate-my-teams and it's not the rater's responsibility to find them for you ;x

The only thing I hate about Smogon is that they won't help you make a whole team. When I posted a thread asking hlp make a team around my Roserade, they said that they wouldn't help because it's "a competition" for them. Competition? How much competition must one person have to not want to help someone make a team?

Anyways, did you E.V train your team? If so, It might help you.

I haven't done any training or even gotten all of the pokemon yet, I just wanted to know if this was a good team for Wifi cuz I didn't want to all that training if it was a crappy team to begin with.

Try building your ideal team and playing it on Shoddybattle. From there you can see if it's doing what you intended it to or if it was fail, and then you can fix and eventually get it so you want to make it in-game.

Ok, so I took Aurafire's advice and went to Smogon and here's what I came up with.

    Ludicolo
    232 HP / 216 SpD / 60 Spe
    calm
    Leftovers
    1. surf
    2. rain dance
    3. Leech seed
    4. protect

I was gonna use Ludicolo for rain dish, leech seed, and leftovers paired with the surf that's boosted from rain dance and STAB

    Charizard
    adamant
    30hp IV

    Salac Berry
    1.Belly Drum
    2. Substitute
    3. Fire Punch
    4. Earthquake

I figured I'd go with a Bellyzard to do some cleaning up

    Electivire
    4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    adamant
    Expert Belt
    1. Thunderpunch
    2. Ice Punch

I'm using Weavile for quick powerful attacks physical attacks. I'm was gonna pair him with Gliscor's BP.

    Kingdra
    252 Atk / 240 SpA / 16 Spe
    naughty
    Life Orb
    1. Rain Dance
    2. Hydro Pump
    3. Waterfall
    4. Draco Meteor

I planned to use him and Ludicolo for some rain dance+STAB fighting he can also clean up some dragon types pretty quickly

    Gliscor
    Lum Berry
    252 HP / 196 SpD / 60 Spe
    timid
    1. Stealth Rock
    2. Swords dance
    3. Baton Pass
    4. Earthquake

I planned to send Gliscor out first and have him drop some stealth rock and swords dance then BP out.

Oh and ty for the Shoddybattles recommendation, i'm definitely gonna try that out
