4th Gen Can Toxic Spikes stack like Spikes?

what i mean by stack is am i able to use it more than once?

Why would you?? You can't poison a Pokemon worse...once it's poisoned, it's poisoned.

no you cant unless if your using poison fang and Toxic, then thats the only way your going to poison a foe badly and I love doing that

according to the nintendo power guide, toxic spikes cause poison if used once, toxic if used 2x, effect ends when a poison type switches in.
