    I was told that you can clone in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. Is that true?
    If so, can you do that if you trade to Pokemon Colloseum or Pokemon XD?

    You can clone on PKMN Emerald Version, but (as far as I know) there is no current known method of cloning on PKMN Ruby/Sapphire Versions (at least, no simple way). The method of cloning pokémon on PKMN Emerald Version can be found here...

    As for your secnd question... I don't knowwhat you mean! :P You can clone pokémon and then trade them over to the PKMN Colosseum/XD games, if that helps you at all. :)
