Recently, whenever I try to load PC using my computers at home on my home Wi-Fi, PC acts as if it's server is down or the browser will say that it cannot load the page. However, when I use 3G Internet (on my phone, like I am right now) it works fine. I'm wondering what the problem is and if/how I can fix it. I don't remember changing any wifi settings or doing anything out of the ordinary. I can't think of any reason why it won't work when using my wifi, so any help would be appreciated.

I don't understand what is inside the code tags.. What is it? And what do you mean what was I doing?

He believes you attempted to access PokéCommunity's CPanel.

Oh, that's odd.. How would I even attempt that? o.O
The only thing I can remember doing before I was IP banned was trying to sign in to my PC e-mail which for some reason could have caused it to look like that..? I don't know, I'm just trying to think of what I could have done, because I wouldn't even know where to begin to hack into the CPanel.

It may treat the webmail as cPanel since it's partly run thru that.. (although its on a different port) remember, the webmail / emal login is full email address and password.

    I'll Unblock you now.
