[Error] Can't convert my game to v18

    I'm using Pokemon essentials BW and since it's kinda outdated, I thought i'd try to convert it to v18 instead.
    I got a bunch of errorboxes when I started the game, so I tried to convert it step by step, to figure out where the problem was.
    The graphics folder and the maps from the data folder worked fine, but then the tileset- and system datas made the errorboxes pop up.

    Anyway I can fix this, or am I stuck at v18?

    Also I tried not copying over the tileset- and system datas, to see if it would run, and it did, ofc I would have to reapply the passage and that stuff again. But when I then tried to enter a house another errorbox came up.
