Spinoff/Mobile Can't see Pokecoins

    I'm on samsung galaxy s9 and I'm trying to buy pokecoins on my account because I redeemed a google play gift card to my account and I cannot see the pokecoins and yes I am on good wifi and I tried to check if I had in game restrictions and I've tried for so long and I need help.
