I could tell pretty easily. It's so straightforward that you can't miss it.
But maybe a little bit too straightforward. As it takes a little bit of soul from it. But, no big deal.
Personally, I think it's an excellent concept. Seriously, people don't put Pokémon dying to much thought. It's rather unbelievable, but still very interesting.
