I can remember two cars in the game. The truck that you're in at the start of R/S/E and one blocking your way to the S.S. Anne in an earlier game. Are there more automobiles in the game? How come, bit strange right? Or is there like one truck a region?

it's a rare form of transportation in pokemon games.the most useful and ''no new'' is a pokemon with fly since it was discovered from the 1st generation.

Well I guess the pokemon world is suppose to be a safe place, because they want peace, so its a good thing they don't drive cars or any vehicles, because there will be no crashes, so no one would get hurt. lol

Speaking of airships, I'm suprised that there aren't a bunch of airships considering that almost every Japanese fantasy game/show/movie/manga/ has airships in it!
