In-Case some of you didn't know.

Heatran
Location : Reversal Mountain
Level: 68
To face Heatran you are required to retrieve the Magma Stone located in one of the high cliffs in Route 18. Once you
have obtain the Magma Stone travel to the Reversal Mountain Cave and Heatran will be in the cave. Somewhere.
Make sure you have a water-type or a ground-type and fighting-type in your party. Heatran is a steel and fire type pokemon.

Uxie
Location: Nacrene Mueseum
Level: 65
if you visit the Cave of Being after accomplishing the game located within Route 20, Professor Juniper will ask you to follow 3 pixies that has been flying around the Unova Region and ask you to follow them. Uxie, is located outside the Nacrene City Museum. You are required to stand on a particular spot in order for Uxie reveal itself. Uxies Weakness's are Ghost, Dark, Bug. Uxie is a Psychic type

Mespirit
Location: Celestial Tower
Level: 65
To meet Mespirit you are required visit the Cave of Being , there you will meet Proffesor Juniper , the professor will ask you to follow
the three pixies flying around The Unova Region. The Second pixie is Mespirit is located on the top of Celestial Tower. Standing on a particular spot
will make Mespirit reveal itself. Weak Against Dark , Ghost and Bug types. Mespirit is a Psychic type.

Azelf
Location: Route 23
Level: 65
After completing the game , visit the Cave of Being located within Route 20 , The Proffesor will soon require you
to follow 3 pixies shooting around the Unova Region. The 3rd pixie Azelf will be at the left hand side of Route 23. As well you will be required to stand
at an exact particular spot in order for Azelf to reveal itself. Azelf is a Psychic type. Weak Against Dark , Ghost , Bug types.
